Quick and easy key access to the property. Wifi issue was promptly fixed by the owner upon arrival. Made our Newcastle experience more enjoyable. Will definitely stay here again!

Although it was refunded promptly, it caused a last-minute annoyance. the cleanliness of the property was disappointing, with lingering odors in one of the bedrooms and a smelly fridge.

During my Easter stay, I was pleasantly surprised by the comfortable beds and the fresh towels and soap provided. It was great to have a well-presented and spacious house with three bathrooms, allowing everyone in our group to have their own space. The free WiFi was a bonus, especially for those of us who needed to stay connected. Another advantage was the quiet location, which ensured a peaceful night's sleep away from the noise of the city.

There were a few aspects that could have been improved upon. the toilets were not properly secured to their bases, and the hot water did not consistently work correctly.
